Some pretty new lamps

I have been working lately on creating a couple of beautiful new lampshades. They are both soft and pretty and would look simply gorgeous in any room of a vintage home. I have made this one in beautiful pinks, greens and cream tones. The shade is covered in gorgeous lace, and is accented with a stunning corsage of velvet flowers, finished off with a lovely pink satin sash ribbon, secured with a big bow at the back.  The shade is finished off with gorgeous lush beading around the base.

The 2nd lampshade is in stunning coffee tones. A gorgeous corsage of silk flowers in coffee and light plum tones, accented with a gorgeous beaded lace backdrop. The corsage is secured to the lamp with a stunning coffee coloured satin ribbon, finished with a big bow at the back. The top and bottom of the shade is finished off with gorgeous fringing to match.

Handmade Organic soaps wrapped in beautiful lace and floral embellisments

I have been busy making some beautiful cold pressed organic soaps. I have finished these off with beautiful lace wraps, and embellished these with gorgeous flowers. I can make these perfumed or without perfume for those sensitive noses. Some popular perfumes are rose scented, lavender, lemongrass, lemon myrtle and lots of other perfumes available if you would like something specific.  These make lovely gifts, or bathroom accessories. Beautiful Vintage Lamp with figurine base

I have just finished this very old bedside table lamp and figurine base, I bought it 28yrs ago secondhand without the embellishments. It has been embellished with lovely velvet flowers, velvet leaves, organza and fine lace. It also has lots of pearl/sequin lace applique. All embellishments are first quality, and absolutely beautiful. The bottom of the shade has lovely pink fringe beading and soft silk pale pink and beige tassel. the overall height of the lamp is 58cm. This would make a beautiful heirloom piece, suitable for any room in your vintage home. This piece is absolutely stunning in the flesh.  It is for sale for $275 plus postage.

Beautiful Pair of Lampshades

I have been busy working on this lovely pair of lampshades today. The shades are a gorgeous shade of soft ice green, and I have accented them with velvet flowers in soft greens and pinks and beige colourings. I am putting the finishing touches on them over the next couple of days, and then getting ready to pair them up with their bases, ready to sell in my shop.
